I feel like i'm all alone in trying to be come a better person are they anyone out in blog land who trying to be come more healthier.
On Sunday we have dish of ice cream. So I bought it to night because I didn't wnat to run into town. Gas is at $3.00 a gallon.
I kept opening the freezer and looking at ice cream and thinking to my self "mmmmm rocky road ice cream" Well I had plain ole popcorn. Ok I had one bowl with garlic powder on it.

I have hang up with the word “Routine”. I’m coming comfortable with the word “Ritual”. To me if your so hard nose about a certain routine with out any bend to it. When something goes hell in hen basket it seem so much dramatic


Then on the other hand if you don’t have some type of routine you never or should say you have hard time completing a task


I’m still trying to set up a ritual of a 4 to 6. A ritual of 10 is so ridge it would say in a slight breeze. A ritual being a 1 is so droopy it can’t even get off the ground.
honest time...my ritual been about a 1.9


So things I’ve been doing to get my ritual up to a 4-6 is only one posting on my bloggs, no extra food after dinner if I do decide I want to stuff my face I’ll eat plain popcorn, I meditate trying to relax my mind into no ware, and start short walks.
I need to get some ritual back in cleaning our home. It been to dang hot one day this week we had 106. So I’ve been going to work earlier in morning and so I can get off earlier. Confession time..I get up at 5AM and I have free time but I choose to come down on the computer and dilly dally around I could very easy do home chores and come down in basement during the heat of the day

Confession time...The biggest reason I’m fat is lack of exercise Ok I did a google search on lack of exercise I know lot of the benefit of a regular exercise program. honest time...I’m to much of a couch potato At this time my excuses are. Bart in driver education, My car is in the shop and I have to drive Sawyer to work, or it to hot. But it cool enough in the morning to take a walk. I’ll set on my ass and watch about 2 hours of local news and it just repeat it self over and over. honest time...I only need to watch 30 minute and I’ll be clue in what’s going on
I’ve been turning off the Televison right after Murphy goes to work and enjoy the sounds of nature. I’ve been doing some meditating trying to put my mind in positive now. Some reason I’ve been having anxiety attacks. I know when I’m active I seem to be in better state of mind and it wouldn’t hurt my body to move it more.

I just finish reading Superfoods Health Style By Steven G Pratt and Kathy Matthews.


There was a lot of good points that I ready know like stay away from refine sugar, watch the salt intake, don’t eat to much animal fat.
Eat lean meats, eat whole grain cereals and breads, make sure you get fruits and veggies. Don’t forget to get some exersise.


I bet all who read this heard this all before. It basically changing one life style or replacing bad habits with better habits


In the book they’re a few web site that sound interesting. One site is on meal planning Which I use to do and now seem that I don’t have the time. Honest time...I developed into a couch potatoe When I was planning a meal a week in advanced they seem to be more healthier and cheaper

Candy Salad.
2 apples diced
2 bananna sliced
1 to 2 cups of grapes
half cup to one cup of walnuts.
1 Snicker candy bar
1 three musketeer bar.
Mix all together and add whip cream wiped. Actual you can do a lot with this recipe. I use a small container of whipping cream

I’m trying to get in my 100 work out at curves. Not doing well at them. I lost one of my shoes that I ware at curves. I looked high and low. Well I founded it this morning in my car. So now I need to start going so I can get my neckless. I have a hang up on Jewlery.

I don’t get enough exercise. I spend a lot of waste time on the computer. So I’m reducing the time when I’m on the computer.


So this is how it going to be.
On week days 2 hours and 30 minutes.
On week ends 3 hours and 30 minutes


I’ve had a goal to do some home project and get a ceramic shop up and running. Being on the computer much as I am. Confession time...I spend way to much time looking at blogs. I still be reading my daily blogs and writing daily. I don’t need to be writing more then one title a day.
Then I’ll be doing fitday see link on sidebar. If there any time left it mine to use as I see fit

I know I need to cut down on the fat foods and do more exercise. It seem extremely hard to change on eating habits. I do eat fruits and vegetables but my junk food eating out weighs my fruits and vegetables.
Exercise to me seem hard for me to find time to do. feeling time...I feel like I’m being pulled every which direction then what I want to be
I kinda of fell behind on fitday. There is a link on my side bar I’m considering look into anther nutrient calculator.
I have to say I’ve done better darn good not eating after dinner.

I’m what they considered obesity. I would use the term lightly obesity or extreme fat No I’m not 10 or 20 pounds over weight. My finely goal will be to loose 60 to 70 pounds. But my 1st goal is Is to loose 15 pounds .


Confession time..When I notice a person who is fatter then me I think to my self well a least I’m not that fat Here the thing yes I’m over weight how dare my self to be judgmental to that other person

We’re eating 4th of July with my Uncle Henry and Aunt Eve. Not sure who all down their. I know my Aunt Penny is over visiting from Havre Mountanna.


I’m bringing potato salad I’m surprise it actual that nutritional. I always thinking of the mayonnaise fat. I also put tomatoes, olives, green peppers, radishes and cucumbers in mine plus the regular stuff in mine.

In my weekly eating I was pretty short on vitamin K. I’ve always knew that it had something to do with blood clotting and that was about it. So I did a google search for vitamin K In the health condition their a part about heavy menstrual flow/menstrual pain. My last period I had some cramping with them and I was gasy. I’m not sure what a heavy mences are.

I just finish my fit day for the day. It been two weeks since I started and it looks like I’m lacking in Vitamin D I only got 47.28%, Vitamin E I only got 75.44%, Vitamin K I only got 30.87% These are all Fat-Soluble Vitamins. Zinc I only got 87.89% and Magnesium I only got 88.94%.
This is an over view of week for nutrient requirements. Majority of the time I’m making my nutrient requirements. Honest time...I don’t know what theses vitamins or mineral do for one self or what type of food they come from

I just start to read Super Foods Health Style by Steven G Pratt, M.D. , and by Kathy Matthews. I’m reading about the chapter about Winter: Season of Resolution and I know it Summer now. There some great points about developing good habits. I like the ideal of self reward for exercising. Example...For every 12 hours I put in walking I’ll buy my self a new outfit I know I couldn’t afford to do something like this. But I know their ways I can reward my self for exersising.


The body is met to be move and less sitting. That why god/goddess gave us two legs and some muscles so we don’t need to be real inactive at all.


A few of the benefits of exersing: Can improve circulation, which has myraid beneficial health effect, boosts immune system, and weight bearing exersise, can make your bones stronger.
Plus their diseases and condition that exersising will help to prevent and or improve on such as:
Colon Cancer, Osteoporosis, Demrnyia, Arthritis and many others


They also talk about different type of exercises you can do at home and at work which would be quite easy. I’m thinking about lifting weights during every type of loan commercials I hear on T.V.
