I know I need to cut down on the fat foods and do more exercise. It seem extremely hard to change on eating habits. I do eat fruits and vegetables but my junk food eating out weighs my fruits and vegetables.
Exercise to me seem hard for me to find time to do. feeling time...I feel like I’m being pulled every which direction then what I want to be
I kinda of fell behind on fitday. There is a link on my side bar I’m considering look into anther nutrient calculator.
I have to say I’ve done better darn good not eating after dinner.
