I just finish my fit day for the day. It been two weeks since I started and it looks like I’m lacking in Vitamin D I only got 47.28%, Vitamin E I only got 75.44%, Vitamin K I only got 30.87% These are all Fat-Soluble Vitamins. Zinc I only got 87.89% and Magnesium I only got 88.94%.
This is an over view of week for nutrient requirements. Majority of the time I’m making my nutrient requirements. Honest time...I don’t know what theses vitamins or mineral do for one self or what type of food they come from
