In getting into shape one thing is talk about is your calorie intake and I kept reading different numbers of what a person needs. To best of my knowledge I shouldn’t go over 2,700 according to this calculation
I wonder how hard if some one ate a certain number of calories if they can get the right amount of nutrition.
Also their break down in different type of calorie. On June 22 I ate 2,617 Calorie broken down which would be 723 fat calorie ( sat-339, poly-120, and mono 216) then for carb calorie I had 1225. The last one is protein calorie is 608
Confession time...I don’t know what the different between the types of fats
