I’m still learning what is a healthy way to eat. The first thing today in my food intake was a smokie which I had for breakfast..Nutrition Facts:

It seems high to me in fats. I’m not even sure the differences between saturated, polyunsturated, and monounsaturated fats. I know sodium is salt. I never put salt on any of my food this morning. Confession time...I’m not much of a salt eater my food doesn’t look like a snow cover peak Also I see it high in Niacin and I’m total clueless what niacin
