Now I feel comfortble using the computer. Honest time...It been hard to make changes in my life style. I'm still trying not to eat after dinner. Actual I think I'm getting the hang of it.

In getting into shape one thing is talk about is your calorie intake and I kept reading different numbers of what a person needs. To best of my knowledge I shouldn’t go over 2,700 according to this calculation


I wonder how hard if some one ate a certain number of calories if they can get the right amount of nutrition.


Also their break down in different type of calorie. On June 22 I ate 2,617 Calorie broken down which would be 723 fat calorie ( sat-339, poly-120, and mono 216) then for carb calorie I had 1225. The last one is protein calorie is 608

For some reason it been hard not to eat after dinner tonight. I've felt like I could relax and keep wondering and nibbling threw out the house. Let see after dinner I had fudgesicle, 2 small piece of dark choclate, 4 cups of plain popcorn and 1/2 of an avacoda.

I got a book in the mail yesterday called Super Foods and Health Style By Steven G Pratt, MD. and Kathy Matthews.
I’ve only lightly skim threw it and so far it look interesting. Honest time..I’m not sure what healthy eating is Hopeful this book will give me some pointers.


Here 5 things from the book at random:
1. Adequate vitamin D intake is important for bone growth
2. A study in Hawaii found that apple and onion intake were associated with a reduce risk of lung cancer in men and women.
3. Controlling weight isn’t always about eating less. It about eating smarter.
4. Exercise reduce the frailty of old age.
5. Too many of us spend to much time all stressed up an no place to go.


At work I went to Sandpoint with client and she had a counseling appointment and we did some shopping after wards. So it was late when I got home and lightly fell of the wagon. So I can focus on changing into more healthy life style today

It seems high to me in fats. I’m not even sure the differences between saturated, polyunsturated, and monounsaturated fats. I know sodium is salt. I never put salt on any of my food this morning. Confession time...I’m not much of a salt eater my food doesn’t look like a snow cover peak Also I see it high in Niacin and I’m total clueless what niacin

I’ve been keeping track of what I eat and my activity level with Fitday. I still need a lot to learn but Yesterday I ate 2,761 and out of the 2,761 calorie 1,192 were fat calories.

Yesterday I didn’t do all that well in eating and activity level. We went up and visit our friends Earl and Quenelle who lives up on Katka. She was a good hostess and put out some cheese and crackers. Well I like a little more then that for lunch. So when we left at 3 I was hungry and I went shopping for food well I did ok their. I stop at the in store deli and grab some cold chicken and ate it on the way home. As soon as I walk in the door I start to eat pretty well non stop. Honest time...I’ve done a lot worst

So far I've done good not to eat after dinner. I was somewhat atempted on guew cinnamon roll. Not because I'm hungry because I'm bored. If it get to bad I'll make some plain popcorn. I could try to pick up the pace when I'm out doing my walk

Fit day is great

At one time I keep track what I ate on Fit day. It takes some time but it gives you a pretty good guide to all your nutritional needs and about every activity a person does to see how many calories their burning.
I guess my only complaint would they might not under stand chick-pea salad. So you would have to list every ingredients.

First set of to do....


Well I don't know which one loaded first. The picture with a lot of road is looking North at end of my walk.
The picture looking out across the hay field is looking at the start of my walk. Butch (Dog) and I went for a walk this morning. We walk a one mile around trip and it took us 40 minutes. Not going to burn many calorie or build muscles at that rate


These are the first three things I need to acquire, My first set of goals will be to:

1. To loose 15 pounds so I’ll weigh 185.
2 My body fat is 42.20% I will be down below 40% shooting for 38%
3. Reduce my measurements by 5 inches. So my total inches will be 244 inches.


These are some of the things I need to do to obtain this goal:
1. Go to curves 3 times a week and go a least 1 or more times around.
2. Walk 3 times a week
3. No food after dinner, except for popcorn with no butter or salt


This is my 1st goal and the dead line for completion is Samhain or Halloween


honest time...I don't know if getting my percentage of body fat below 40% and reducing my measurements by 5 inches is out of line. I know the weight part isn't I'll have to loose 3 and 3/4 pounds a month, less then a pound a week

1. I don’t drink enough water.
2. I eat to late in the evening.
3. I sometime skip lunch
4. When I grab a snack most of the time it’s a doughnut of some type.
5. Not enough exercise.
6. Serving portion to much.
7. To much fat in my diet
8. I eat to cover when I’m sad, bored, happy, stress, depress. Ok I eat to cover every emotion.


Went to curves and had my monthly weigh in and measurements.

A total of 249.90 inches.
Weight 200.50 pounds.
Body fat percentage 42.00%

I don't know if I got this right I'm trying to start my new blogg on getting into shape. Plain and simple I'm over weight. I'm trying to make life changes which I'll talk about later.


I go to curves three time a week, well thats what I try to go. Plus I just learn from on my read off of my other blog Perfect World which would be Nio. Well my politics are far from the chisten right and to be quite honest everything is going up and if I don't get raise I might have to quite curves. Enough about politics and relgion.


I don't know the exact weight I'm at now but it pretty close to 200 pounds and I'm 5'6 in height. I do have promblem with edama, (water retention) slight blood pressure, asthma, and Anxiety. So this week I'll get weight and messured at curves.


since I lost my mind this is blogg is going to be on loosing my awful habits.
