Hi hi.. Hope you are having another good day today! :) I've always lost to "tomorrow". "I'll be better tomorrow", "I can eat a little more today, since i'm going on a diet tomorrow!" :P

But in saying that, Herbal Life has helped me lost 7 kgs in about 3 months, (lots of will power in that too) and reductil has help me lost 3 in the last 2 weeks.. I just hope I have the will power to lose till my ideal weight! (without any exercise! Guess with exercise I would probably be able to lose more, but am too lazy!)

Keep it up and lose it off!!

It's a marathon, not a sprint! Some days are better than others and we have to remember to give ourselves as much credit as the amount we berate ourselves when we don't do as well as hoped! Good luck on this journey!
