Some Pazza Here Please

I want to add a little pazza to this blogg and I thought something with apples would be good on this blogg. I haven't yet found what I'm looking for.
I don't know where there very many blogg of people who is trying to reduce.

Dear dora, thank you for leaving a comment on my blog.
You seem to be making a hard slog of losing weight. I sense that you are a very sensitive person, which is good except that in times of stress we build up protective layer against the world to protect ourselves. Unfortunately, It is much esker to put on than get off. Do you have some particular interest that keeps your hands and mind occupied like gardening, painting , knitting ,sewing etc. Firstly it will occupy your hands so you are out of the kitchen and can't stuff your face, but more importantly, it will occupy you mind so there is no room for chattering, tempting thoughts. You don't have to drop the weight like a stone, just pare it off little by little like peeling a potato. There are plenty of foods that are great for snacking when you are bored out of your mind and want to pacifier eat like, carrots, cucumbers, capsicum, celery, even celery with peanut butter (the unsweetened kind), nuts are great. Always a good thing to cut out salt and sugar, there is enough in the normal food we eat without adding more and always remember you are doing it for nobody else but you.
