I've been doing on my new changes in my life medatiing in the morning, exersising ethier going to curves or walking and no eating after dinner but if I do get hungry I eat plain popcorn.
But here anther one of my short falls..When I get home from work I'll eat pretty well non stop til dinner and I don't have any real problem with my client Callie. I even do it when I'm at home and never worked that day.
