Recently I can’t get focus and my mind tends to wonder. So much noise up in my noggin. &lt;b&gt; Confession time..a little to much for me.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My panic attacks seems to be returning more frequent and more intense. But I have to say they aren’t as bad as they were.&lt;br /&gt;At this time I’m taking 50 mg of Zoloft and I’ve been wondering if I should talk to my doctor and see if I need to increase it or not.&lt;br /&gt;I need to go in for physical which I should of done end of August or first part of September but I’m going to make an appointment after 5th of October. I want to wait and see if my panic attacks lessen, increase or stay the same&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; One of my reward was as soon as I lost in five areas. I was going to get something off of e-bay. I have some left over pie dough and I don’t like to waste anything.&lt;br /&gt;So I rolled it out and add butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and ate a large portion of it.&lt;br /&gt;Oh I thought I had the night time pig out resolved. Well I fell off the wagon.&lt;br /&gt;Did a short work out at curves. I had to take my car in to get a brake job done. I thought it would be around $50 bucks. As I went down the stuff sort of fell on me but I have to say Frank did hold the item off me pretty well. and I fell not very hard against her van.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; Sunday our whole family moved the ceramic molds off one set of the shelves in the basement. part of them went out to the barn/storage and the other part went in corner of the basement. I'd guess we move 400 to 500 molds.&lt;br /&gt;Now we need to tear down the shelves and build more out in the barn/storage. The molds never bothered me in moving. For some reason they where 6 by 4 inch bricks that we also packed out of the basement. I’m coming comfortable with the word “Ritual”. To me if your so hard nose about a certain routine with out any bend to it. When something goes hell in hen basket it seem so much dramatic&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; Then on the other hand if you don’t have some type of routine you never or should say you have hard time completing a task&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; I’m still trying to set up a ritual of a 4 to 6. A ritual of 10 is so ridge it would say in a slight breeze. A ritual being a 1 is so droopy it can’t even get off the ground. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt; honest time...my ritual been about a 1.9 &lt;/b&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; So things I’ve been doing to get my ritual up to a 4-6 is only one posting on my bloggs, no extra food after dinner if I do decide I want to stuff my face I’ll eat plain popcorn, I meditate trying to relax my mind into no ware, and start short walks.&lt;br /&gt;I need to get some ritual back in cleaning our home. It been to dang hot one day this week we had 106. Bart in driver education, My car is in the shop and I have to drive Sawyer to work, or it to hot. But it cool enough in the morning to take a walk. I’ll set on my ass and watch about 2 hours of local news and it just repeat it self over and over. &lt;b&gt; honest time...I only need to watch 30 minute and I’ll be clue in what’s going on&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I’ve been turning off the Televison right after Murphy goes to work and enjoy the sounds of nature. I spend a lot of waste time on the computer. So I’m reducing the time when I’m on the computer.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; So this is how it going to be.&lt;br /&gt;On week days 2 hours and 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;On week ends 3 hours and 30 minutes&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; I’ve had a goal to do some home project and get a ceramic shop up and running. Being on the computer much as I am. &lt;b&gt; Confession time...I spend way to much time looking at blogs.&lt;/b&gt; I still be reading my daily blogs and writing daily. I don’t need to be writing more then one title a day.&lt;br /&gt;Then I’ll be doing fitday see link on sidebar. It seem extremely hard to change on eating habits. I’ve always knew that it had something to do with blood clotting and that was about it. It been two weeks since I started and it looks like I’m lacking in Vitamin D I only got 47.28%, Vitamin E I only got 75.44%, Vitamin K I only got 30.87% These are all Fat-Soluble Vitamins. Zinc I only got   87.89% and  Magnesium I only got 88.94%.&lt;br /&gt;This is an over view of week for nutrient requirements. To best of my knowledge I shouldn’t go over &lt;a href= http://www.annecollins.com/dieting/calorie-needs.htm&gt; 2,700 &lt;/a&gt; according to this calculation&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; I wonder how hard if some one ate a certain number of calories if they can get the right amount of nutrition.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; Also their break down in different type of calorie. On June 22 I ate 2,617 Calorie broken down which would be 723 fat calorie ( sat-339, poly-120, and mono 216) then for carb calorie I had 1225. Adequate vitamin D intake is important for bone growth &lt;br /&gt;2. A study in Hawaii found that apple and onion intake were associated with a reduce risk of lung cancer in men and women.&lt;br /&gt;3. Controlling weight isn’t always about eating less. It about eating smarter.&lt;br /&gt;4. Exercise reduce the frailty of old age.&lt;br /&gt;5. We went up and visit our friends Earl and Quenelle who lives up on Katka. She was a good hostess and put out some cheese and crackers. Well I like a little more then that for lunch. So when we left at 3 I was hungry and I went shopping for food well I did ok their. I stop at the in store deli and grab some cold chicken and ate it on the way home. It takes some time but it gives you a pretty good guide to all your nutritional needs and about every activity a person does to see how many calories their burning.&lt;br /&gt;I guess my only complaint would they might not under stand chick-pea salad. The picture with a lot of road is looking North at end of my walk.&lt;br /&gt;The picture looking out across the hay field is looking at the start of my walk. Butch (Dog) and I went for a walk this morning. We walk a one mile around trip and it took us 40 minutes. Not going to burn many calorie or build muscles at that rate&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;These are the first three things I need to acquire, My first set of goals will be to:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;1. To loose 15 pounds so I’ll weigh 185.&lt;br /&gt;2 My body fat is 42.20% I will be down below 40% shooting for 38%&lt;br /&gt;3. Reduce my measurements by 5 inches. So my total inches will be 244 inches.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; These are some of the things I need to do to obtain this goal:&lt;br /&gt;1. Go to curves 3 times a week and go a least 1 or more times around.&lt;br /&gt;2. Walk 3 times a week&lt;br /&gt;3. I eat to cover when I’m sad, bored, happy, stress, depress. Plain and simple I'm over weight. I'm trying to make life changes which I'll talk about later.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;I go to &lt;a href=http://www.curves.com/&gt; curves &lt;/a&gt; three time a week, well thats what I try to go. Plus I just learn from on my read off of my other blog &lt;a href=http://peppylady.blogspot.com/&gt; Perfect World&lt;/a&gt; which would be &lt;a href=http://niobium.tormentid.com/?p=581&gt; Nio&lt;/a&gt;. Well my politics are far from the chisten right and to be quite honest everything is going up and if I don't get raise I might have to quite curves. Enough about politics and relgion.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; I don't know the exact weight I'm at now but it pretty close to 200 pounds and I'm 5'6 in height. I do have promblem with edama, (water retention) slight blood pressure, asthma, and Anxiety.
